This site is published to market the apartments of Le Domaine de Javerne in Chesières.

Data collected

This site only collects data you submit voluntarily:

  • via the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), message, lot or layout of interest;
  • via the newsletter signup form: email address.

No data is collected without your knowledge. This site currently uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers (such as Google Analytics or the Facebook Pixel). A single technical cookie is set, required for the French/English language switcher to function; it is used for no tracking purpose and is never shared with third parties.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry about Le Domaine de Javerne, or to send you project updates if you opted in (newsletter). Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form.

Data recipients

Your data is accessible only to the team responsible for marketing Le Domaine de Javerne. It technically passes through our email delivery provider (Infomaniak, a Swiss host) to be delivered to us or to respond to you.
